Still a peaceful protests within constitutional rights?

In contrary to some major international media reports, Red Shirt protests staged several indoctrination to the rural poor who were participating in the protest.  On the surface, the stage is just like any other protests.  However, you have to understand Thai language well to follow what has been said.  Through out 40-50 days of 24 hour-long talk and music on the stags, genuine misinformation can be well buried deep inside the minds of Red Shirt protesters, arsonists, gunmen and guards.

If the Red Shirts are in USA or in UK, what will happen to demonstration stage with this kind of threatening words against public safety?

According to the UK Criminal Justice and Public Order Act of 1994,Part V, the UK police can probably arrest the protesters upon their actions which violate many sections of the Act.  Unfortunately, I did not see the Thai police do anything about it.  Thai laws and Thai Police certainly need improvement to keep the order just like the UK.   Are the Red Shirt threatening Bangkok people’s lives?  Are they violent and acting beyond their democratic rights?
